Try sticking one of THESE in. You never know, it might sort it?

Thx Martin.
What about the thermistor in the fridge section (white plug that goes into the PCB i think)and the second thermister in the freezer. In the freezer, I think there is one with a yellow plug and one with a green plug.

Thanks Martin.
Is there anyway I can view the service manual.
I am going to replace the yellow plug thermistor C00293529 Evap thermistor. If this does not fix, than I need to look at next part or parts to replace.November 27, 2013 at 3:25 pm #405212Martin

Thx again Martin.
Fitted the new thermistor in yellow plug position.
It was an insulation displacement connector.
There were no error codes on power up.
I am going to trial it for 3 days to see whether the old problem of a warm fridge re appears.
its at -22 deg c freezer and 3 deg for the fridge at present.
Fingers crossed.December 2, 2013 at 8:44 am #405214coolpoint

Its now Monday 2/12/13.
The fridge has settled down to 2-5 deg c now.
The freezer is at -22 deg C
Changing the yellow plug thermistor has sorted my fridge out.
Fingers cross.
Does anybody know if I can fix -22 deg. I think it should be at -18 deg. There are no adjustments on the freezer section. Only fridge temp can be set. Is it another thermistor.
All the best to everyone for the season ahead. -
