I have inherited a New World Debut fan oven (Model No: 208585084) which has been cleaned so hard that the control and temperature control markings have worn off. Can anybody help me to identify what positions they need to be in for each function or temperature?
The manual doesn’t show the markings and even the manufacturer can’t tell me!… I have seen this asked on other posts but no answer as yet. Thanks

Why not ask the manufacturer if the fascia panel is available as a spare part, with it fitted all the function positions will be visible again.

I reckon the right knob is for temperature only.

The left knob when pointing up would logically be for conventional oven but it seems to do nothing at all when the temp knob is used to prompt a response.

The 10 O’clock position is likely for grill with fan (use with door shut).

The 8 O’clock notch would then be for normal Grill which must be used with the door OPEN a bit.

Of the remaining 2 O’clock and 4 O’clock selections, one is fan oven and the other defrost or conventional oven. Some experimentation required here.

I’m astonished I can’t find any actual pics of the symbols anywhere. SOMEONE must have a still-visible panel on one of these things.

I just tried to cook a pizza with the 4 O’clock slot and although it was browning nicely, the underside had glued itself to the grillpan.

    Good luck.
