Hi, can anyone help. My Beko washing machine is stuck on wash cycle. Its taken the powder and the machine has filled with water. Have tried pressing the cancel/pause button but to no avail. Have switched the machine off at the wall to try and reset the program but again that hasnt worked. Anyone have any ideas? My machine is Beko wma 620w. Thanks

Perhaps theres something stuck in the pump & its not emptied, or there may be a heater fault & its continuously washing expecting heater to heat but this is not happeneing.
    Have you checked the filter?
When you say its stuck on wash cycle what do yu mean, doe’s it tumble all the time without moving on, or does it just fill & sit there doing nothing?

    Hi thanks for the reply.

I have checked the filter 2 days ago and removed all that was in there. It has just filled and sits there like you say. Would draining it make any difference do you think?

Tilt appliance back and place a bowl under filter then unscrew it and shine a torch inside you can then see the pump impellors its likely they a jammed with something and with a pair of long nose pliers you can usaully pick the object thats jamming it out

If it is filling but the drum is not turning have you checked the brushes?
