Help needed with Schreiber Apollo oven

Hi,

I have just moved into a new house and am totally confused as to what the symbols mean on the oven. Its a Schreiber Apollo fan assisted built in oven. I have looked everywhere online for a manual but I just cant seem to find one. Does anyone have this make of oven? or even know what the symbols would mean?

The symbols are as follows:-
