Hi my name is Lesley and I work for Qualtex. Can anyone help me please, purchashed new integrated fridge and tried to fit to decor door, the top fixing bracket is fine, having touble the with bottom fixing brackets. The lower fixing brackets have a small pin to go in them that is furled at the top – presumed you had to tap pin into lower bracket, this worked fine for one day – then pins dropped out and there is a gap now between fridge door and decor door. The model number is ZQS6140A
