help please

Holmes hwm51000h washing machine.
I switched on. Set the cycle pressed start. The machine filled with water. Next time I looked it had gone off. There is no light on the power switch. I checked the fuses in the plug and checked the socket worked. I have no power to machine. Is there an internal fuse or can anyone help please.

most machines do not have internal fuses. form what i can see of this machine it is at the bottom of the market full of cheap and unreliable components
if its not the cable or lead then its probably the main board thats failed

you will have to get it checked to be certain

Yes I’ve been reading up on this make. Doesn’t sound good. But as it was a presant I. Was very happy. Time to upgrade I think. Thanks for your reply.
