ParticipantHi , soz I just dont understand flashing lights on these things , I have the on/off light flashing continuously and the rinse hold going at the same time , have no final spin , any clues anyone ? bushes and motor works otherwise ? (Hotpoint WD440)

Well in the ERROR CODES it states that it’s Error F02 = Motor problem of some sort. 😉

Ahh thats a start ! thanks Martin , problem is I’m no goods at converting flashing lights into codes ! but at least you have given me a start ! thanks

I fully sympathise especially this time of year as there’s so many lights flashing. My Christmas tree on the van dashboard is repeat flashing very oddly, I’m sure it’s an error code? Bugged if I can find it listed though??? 😯

Now I do fully sympathise there ! hope its not a 6ft tree ? anyway if it was me drivin it then I’ll know why the lights flash !!!!! ……..I have a pacemaker fitted ! actually they are intriguing things too ……they can scan it at hospital and tell when i’m ill and the date and what day I had a fall …..talk about big brother !

Must be a wire in the harness somewhere touching the cabinet I would imagine? 😉

ehat element have you changed,
wash or dryer ?
weve had a few of the dryer elements triping ?

Have you checked for water leaks on the heater box and
around the grey pipe connections, it can drip on the module
and cause it to trip. -
