Help please!! Washer wont drain

have a hotpoint 9524 washing machine that wont drain through the washing cycle,only if i put the out pipe in a bucket and let drain through gravity.any ideas please?? 🙁

if it drains via gravity i would suspect a faulty pump or jammed impellor in the pump as it is unlikely to be a blockage. small objects can sometimes get through the filter and become lodged between the pump impellor and pump body
