    hello peeps

was hoping i could ask the masses for a bit of help, recently (last week) my dishwasher started tripping the electrics in the odd occasion. i investigated and diagnosed a faulty heater element, it was quite obvious, burning smell and burning evident on the electrical connector. this was subsequently replaced and the damaged cabling made good. i run it through a quick cycle and all went well until it got to the heating phase where it failed with the F3 code. the error codes post suggests this is a heating fault however with the heater element having been replaced i am unsure where to look now, there is, ii expect some sort of relay on the pcb which would control the heater but without a wiring diagram i wouldnt know where to look.

is there anybody that can help me with this problem or furnish me with a wiring diagram.

    cheers for your help

edit: i have now taken out the program control module from the front of the dishwasher and extracted the pcb, there is no evidence of any burning around the heater element connections. i believe i have identified the heater element control relay part no rt334012, consulting the rs catalog datasheet it is a 12v coil 16amp spst normally open relay. i have put the multimeter across the controlled contacts and the resistance is very low suggesting it is in the closed condition and therefore unserviceable. for the sake of a 3 quid replacement ill change it and see what happens. i cant confirm any diagnosis yet as i don’t know how the rest of the system is wired with out a diagram. however its cheaper than a £160 program control unit.

any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
