Help…RTD/Biasco no longer trading!!!???!!!

Hi,

I hope you might be able to help. Ordered appliances from Biasco (RTD) just before Christmas. Was told that the delivery would now be after Christmas.

Phoned to day only to be told by an automatic machine that RTD has ceased trading and that I need to apply to my Credit Card company for a refund.

Anyone else heard this officially – nothing I can see on their websites says anything about this.

Any ideas of good places to order appliances from now?

You wouldn’t believe it but we also ordered our units from MFI just before they went into administration….what a joke!
