    I have a Samsung American Fridge freezer model SR S2028CVW and would like help resolving the problem with the front control panel. The refrigerator temperature button keeps going up and then moving itself onto ‘vacation’at the same time as bleeping. I can’t find a way to open the panel to look behind it. Has anyone had the same problem and could you suggest what I need to do please?

    Hi common problem with corrosion.the panel unclips from the bottom then fromthe bottom upwards.

    Hello again Bryan

    I’m having problems getting the front panel to move and am worried I might break it. Do I have to leaver it with force and should I do this when the fridge is off?
