Help to find pump in Bosch SMS40A02 GB

We have an error code E24 on our Bosch AMA40A02 GB, bought 2012. All the filters etc are clear. Can anyone help us locate the pump / impeller, which screws to remove etc?

As you will see from the illustration in your ‘user operator guide’ showing the plastic cover plate that unclips and lifts clear in order to access the pump impeller chamber. (If you have mislaid your user guide’ one can be downloaded directly from the Bosch web site). 😀

Thank you. We also found a video on YouTube which was a help.

Now left wondering why gunk and some small hard objects got past the filters 😀 We are very careful to clear leftovers and lumps off the crocks before putting them in the washer. Also I think I will go back to not putting the roasting trays in the washer, as that is where the gunk seems to come from, even though I scrape and chisel them before putting in 🙁
