HELP – TOUCHING UP REQUIRED !

Hi all,

Got a sticky situation, 😯

Engineer has pulled out a new SxS and caught the side on the adjacent worktop edge – only just enough to scuff the paint, side panel has not been dented. Customer very easy going, but wants it sorted…..before I call the insurance company does anybody know if repainting the side is an option – has anybody done this or know of a company that does this?

Try ‘Plastic Surgeons’ they sponsor the general appliance enquiry forums on UKWG and claim to be able to repair any surface.

Hi all,

Just to report that ‘Plastic Surgeons’ have attended, and although the scrapes are just visable in some lights, the customer is over the moon and very pleased with the outcome. She also had no end of praise for Dan who attended to sort it out. Having saved the cost of replacing a Side by side fridge freezer, we are also somewhat over the moon 😀

We are very happy to reccomend Plastic Surgeons if you do have a little accident – a great company to deal with – I spoke to several people there, and they all had the same positive, profeeional attitude!
