Hi i have an ariston al1257t w.machine and the inner drum no longer spins!!There is still a whiring sound and it sounds like the outer drum is moving(not sure how the inner and outer are linked im no expert) and everything else seems ok,the belt is fine,there is a pcb module in the bottom could this be the problem?or is it something simple(As if it ever is eh 😳 )
any help greatly appreciated

Assuming the belt is ok and actualy on, rather than on the floor, the problem could be motor, motor brushes, module or the wiring between. The whirring noise you hear is probably the pump running. Take the back off to check the belt, remembering to remove the plug first, beyond that you will need expert help I think.
