Probably blocked Samantha. Switch off, drop the drain hose into a washing up bowl or bucket and gravity will get the water out for you. You will need to empty the container several times before it is fully empty. Depending on which Inspirations you’ve got, there may be a round panel bottom right, there is a filter under it which can be unscrewed and any obstructions removed. If there is no round panel the filter will be in the bottom hose and you will need to get some help.

Check Directories or Repairs@ for a UKW repairer in your area.

    Hi samantha

Sounds like you have a draining problem. check the filter on the bottom behind the flap, if your washer is full of water put a dish/towels under the filter flap and unscrew the filter slowly until water starts coming out

(if theres too much water tighten the filter back up)

    Pull the plug out first

    :plug: because :zap: hurts
