Help with brand new whirlpool not working

Hi,

Does anyone know any solution to a whirlpool ADP4501.

it powers up and you can here it “On” but not drawing water to it..

The start button blinks four times repeatedly as well…!!

totally stumped..!!

I know this may sound silly, but you have turned the water on haven’t you ?

It is quite often overlooked, also if it has been fitted to an existing tap then the tap may be faulty, best way to check is to make sure you have water coming out of the fill hose to the dishwasher.

Nearly but not quite… the waste hose it would appear was not high enough…. the answer to water not on = 6 blinking lights… !!

So its 4 for flooded and 6 for no water in..

Now working beautifully 😀
