Help with buying

Hi There – I am looking to buy a larder fridge with a small freezer compartment at the top, and the freezer compartment has to be “frost free” (as well as the fridge itself).

The ones I have seen are all “fridge only” frost free, with the small freezer compartment still requiring manual defrosting.

Does a larder fridge, like I am looking for, exist?

A larder fridge by definition will not have a freezer box. I dont know of a frost free small fridge with freezer box (although most are self defrosting). Frost free components take up a lot of the internal space making in unviable given the small dimensions. You would have to go up to a small, 2 door fridge/freezer to find a frost free one.
