Did you look in the “Known Error Codes thread?”

    In there it shows LED’s 1 & 4 = F09 Eeprom/setup error 😯

Well you may just have to reconfigure the eeprom then I guess – dunno? 🙁

Incidentally, I went to a WF340P/WE on Monday being used at a Riding Stables to clean the horse blankets. One horses bridle had been put in with the blankets by mistake and ripped up the inner drum to an oval shape.8O

I didn’t realise that Hotpoint WF’s had WELDED DRUMS? until I saw that heap of horse doo doo. I guess that’s what the suffix in the model number means then?

    Oh Joy! 😈

Was it being used in a cold damp room? This can cause condensation on the boards and all kind of wierd faults. Sometimes taking it into a nice warm workshop is enough to solve it.

I did not connect it up or take it out.I did notice that the pipe from the sump to the pump was weeping very slightly at the pump connection .
