Help with my B1415J Samsung Washing Machine required

Hi all,

Being a man and useless at all domesticated house work 😆 I have tried to put a few washes on, the compartment where I put the Fabric conditioner is full of water and I have to keep removing the drawer and empty it, How do I go about fixing this?

Check that the draw is clean and where the conditioner goes there should be a syphon tube, make sure this is not blocked and is pressed down firmly.

Hey thanks for your advice, didnt know what the syphon tube was 😆 but when I pulled it out, it was all clogged up, so I cleaned it and it now works a treat.

Good to see a man taking an interest in all things Laundrical. LOL! 😀

My hubby wouldn’t know where to start with our machine, he’s a whizz (far better than I at ironing for some strange reason!) but he is clueless when it comes to programing our Whirlpool.
