Help with SMEG DI 612 C

Hi,

Any advice on my problem with this machine would be greatly appreciated.

Basically the problem i have is that i set the machine, it sounds like its going as normal for about 5 minutes and then it beeps out and stops.

when i open it, (working from the left) lights 1 and 3 are flashing and light 5 is block lit.

ive tried cleaning the filter. another point ive noted is that when i open the salt cap its full of water underneath.

please can anyone help solve to save me having my pants removed by the smeg service agents!

Its a “no fill ” error, check the water supply and that the hose is not kinked at the back. Water in the salt container is normal.
