Help with soap dispenser gagganeu

Hi all,

My parents have an issue with the dishwasher, the make is gagganeu which i havent heard of but then again i’m not an expert!

This what they told me..

the soap dispensor door does not open during wash cycle on gagganeu aqua sensor dish washer help please

I tried in vain to get the model # but they werent sure what to give me so heres all the numbers…

Gaggenau is a brand owned by Bosch and is extremely upmarket.

It is therefore highly likely that nobody here (other than the odd BSH engineer) will have even seen one let alone worked on one.

Given Bosch’s stance on technical information, i.e., they won’t give it to anyone, it’s not liable that we would be able to help you much in all honesty and you may well be forced to pay whatever Bosch tells you to. 🙁

Its 13 years old and more than likely came out the bosch dishwasher factory, it might be time to replace it.
