Hi there. I have just replaced a drivebelt on the zanussi zdc67550w after the old one had snapped. Never done this kind of thing before and was quite pleased with myself that I had successfully completed the task. then I noticed that I had pulled out a cable at the back where the power lead goes in at the back. there is a small connector block with 2 pink wires that have remained plugged in. The wire that is free hasa small connector with a blue wire. There are 2 thin prongs that look as though this connector would fit onto. i tried to upload a photo but it won’t let me. I am scared to restart the machine until I am sure where it will go. Any ideas?
unfortunately the manuals don’t five pictured of this
judging by the video and the way the wires hangs it will be either of the 2 lower connection
if you want to err on the safety side put a 3a fuse in the plug. as long as you don’t start it otherwise it will blow. but if it blow your trip on switch on think again
Thanks for your reply, Dave. I’m posting a better video to show you before I plug it back in, ta.
still looks like its been on one of the lower terminals. If it has you should be scratches on the spades if there has been a connection plugged onto it
