    I bought a new seal for a Zanussi Aquacycle washing machine Model FLA1101W and having removed the old one I cannot now re-fit the new one. Any ideas on how to fit it – or do I have to call out an expert!

    They are tricky little blighters to fit to say the least. PULL THE PLUG FIRST AND NOT JUST SWITCH IT OFF!!
    The seal is held to the drum with a large spring retainer, carefully remove the spring retainer with the old seal 😉

    You will need 3 pairs of hands to put the new seal on and without knowing the tricks of the trade, you’ll have fun. Tip: a little washing-up liquid on the inner lip of the seal is a must. Then get ready to sweat and swear as so far that’s the easy bit. 🙁

    If in doubt call us out, it will be easier in the end 😉
