my new bosch dishwasher won’t fit under the counter. the floor is uneven and even with the top removed the back is too tall. the weight takes up a couple of inches and it fits without it. can i get some handy person to fit it with a similarly heavy weight that is flat (there is room for that) will that screw it up entirely or just a little? after all it doesn’t need balance as much as a washing machine does. thank you, k

If you remove the top weight then raise the feet to bring the machine up to the worksurface, it won’t be able to tip anyway, so you could just do without it.
