henry broken?

hi i could do with some advice!

have a henry hoover at work and i somehow broke it, it won’t turn on at all now, i think it sucked up a large bit of paper last time i used it, but i cant see how this would stop it from turning on?
also i noticed last time that the plug started smoking a bit, but it continued to work so i didnt bother looking into it.
anyway we have tried changing the fuse and that hasn’t made a difference, anything other ideas as to what the problem could be??

Chop off the cable 6inches from the plug and refit the plug. That should fix it from the symptoms you describe.

Make sure the plug is out of the socket before you cut the cable. :zap:
