Hello, please bear with me on this as there’s alot of info around this site to take in. I can’t seem to find a thread for introductions so here’s me in a nutshell. Been a service engineer for 12years took nearly two years off for a very bad back but started working again and making use of my account here, the fault code book is great bytheway.
My actual question is about the Monthly Insurance that UKW offer, do i have to inform CSS in advance that i’ll be offering their insurance to my customers? or do i just send in the relative paperwork when a customer takes the insurance out? Also where do i get the ukwhitegoods reference number from?
