Hisense American Fridge Freezer Leaking Water

I have a Hisense American Fridge Freezer , model no RF702N4IS1. It’s 4years old. It has started leaking water , which I think is coming from the bottom of the fridge compartment freezing up under the veg. Drawer. It’s set up so it slopes to back as per manual . It appears to be worse when it’s just been filled with shopping and then stops leaking after a couple of days. But I think this is because when the door is open the frozen part at the bottom of the fridge compartment begins to melt and then runs down.
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

The only way you’re going to get to find the cause is by opening up the back. It could be freezing and melting on defrost, or it could be the filter etc. There is no way to be sure without looking.

Thanks Kwatt, is that open up the back inside the refrigerator compartment or the actual back of the fridge ?

The rear cover inside the fridge is what you need to get into to see what’s going on behind it.
