Temperature indicators on the door says 6, -12, -17
(for fridge, fresh and freezer parts respectively).
    but
    Temperature measured with IR –
Fridge: 7 at the bottom rising to 10 at the top
    Fresh: 6
    Freezer: 6

    What I’ve done so far:
    – Tested the freezer thermistors. I forget the actual numbers, but both are in the region of 2kOhms at room temp, dropping rapidly when held in the hand
    – Fan in freezer section is working
    – Compressor is working
    – Evaporation tray above the compressor is dry
    – No error codes.
    – Completely defrosted and turned off for an hour then back on again
    – “radiator” behind the freezer section is free of ice and debris

What I don’t really understand is the disparity between the display and the actual temperature.

Is the controller board to blame?
I’ve seen some posts here saying to reset it, but I can’t work out how to do that.

    I don’t _think_ it’s airflow or drain problems…

Any help greatly appreciated as I’ve just lost a freezer full of food.
It was working fine up to a few days ago.

    I’m no expert!
Does the display show ‘actual’ temperatures or set temperatures?
If the compressor is running but not cooling the unit then maybe lack of refrigerant or faulty compressor, either job requires expert tools and knowledge in my humble experience.
