    Hi Need some help on this freezer as it is not getting to the required temperature even on the lowest setting i am only getting minus 8 on the digital thermometer that i have put in
    the fan is working any help would be appreciated

    is the compressor running non stop ?

    in case its ice build up do a complete defrost and if you did that already and the compressor does not stop then it needs either regassing or a new compressor
