Hisense freezer compartment warm

My hisense fridge freezer is showing an alarm light on the display and the freezer compartment is not cold enough. The fridge compartment is ok. Any ideas? Thanks

Could be any number of things but, without a model etc it’s impossible to even take a guess.

Sorry it’s an RB403N4DC1 fridge freezer with freezer below

It’s a frost free machine and draws cold air from the freezer into the fridge so though the fridge might be okay for now, it’s very liable not to be for very long if the freezer isn’t getting down to temperature.

There’s no one thing it could be but from what you say I’d be guessing a system problem of some kind that you probably won’t be able to do anything about on a DIY basis.
