The fault is a F03 error before spin. . It drains correctly – no water left in the drum – it will spin when spin program selected.
The customer has tried it on a rinse and a low temperature wash program and it work correctly.
The element didn’t have an earth fault.
Anyone had this problem? Anyone had an element earth fault during a hot wash?
The motor is a brushless motor.

Dunno, all they say is this:

F03 on display.
•The appliance does not drain / eject water, the water remains in the drum.
• In case that appliance detects that the water leves is not 0, the pump is activated. In case that error is still present after the draining, error is displayed. F03.
# Press the Start / Pause button.
# Clean the filter.
# Check wall siphon, clean it.
# Check the pump turbine, clean it.
•Pump.
•Electro valve.
•Pressure sensor.

Just a thought, overdosing causing a temporary block on the pressure sensor pipe? I’ve seen that one before.

Updated – it was a blocked pressure bulb hose. Thanks for your advice.
