Hisense WFQY9014EV JM
been to look at today fault reported was no drum action, when I attended I put it on spin there was no motor action, put it on another programme and it does compulsory drain then presumably weighing the washing but still no drum action.
I’ve tried looking on the site and can’t find how to get into diagnostics. also no fault codes are showing.checked basics ,wiring etc.

assume you checked the motor

seems to be 2 motors as far as i can see . some may have brushes

It’s brushless so rules out carbons lol. Thanks for getting back to me, there’s got to be away of getting into diagnostics but I can’t find any info
