HJA3300 Oven Door Glass

What is the problem with the HJA3300 oven door glass twice in less than 5 years the inner glass door glass has shattered when in use. No one was near the oven at the time it shattered no one touching it. :eeek:

Usually, there’s an issue with spillage, cleaning etc per this article…

So far as I am aware there is no issue with the door glass as such but it is a fairly common one to fail for some reason although do bear in mind that there’s an awful lot of these ovens out there. The only good news is that it isn’t that expensive, as door glass goes as we list it here:
