Hja8630 not drying

Hi, I have been to this dishwasher today customer complains that it’s not drying.
It heats fine for the wash and runs through as normal showing no fault codes but just doesn’t dry anything.
I know they have heater related problems with the pcb but I have not seen this before

have you checked if it heats on final rinse ?
