HNWF 7137 – 80 No HEAT??

Hi everyone

Been out to this appliance today customer reported no heat in dryer or wash cycles, sorted dryer, but water heater tested ok (26 omhns)
but no power at water heater and machine continues through cycle.

Any Ideas??

Just wondering if anyone knows if this machine should show a fault if the water heater does not heat? Or does hoover/candy not shows faults?

these flash a code for the fault code, eg the start and 1st option lights flash 5 times the off for 10 seconds = ntc fault.

i dont think there is an actuall fault code for not heating, you will most likely find its a broken wire at heater or module fault.
