    instead of drawing the rinse aid from the bottle, it is leaking water and filling up the bottle.
    The detergent bottle is not affected

    Any ideas why this is happening.

    Check to see if it is a diaphragm/membrane type dosing pump, if so then the lip valves may have gone. If it is a peristaltic pump then there may be a one way valve just before or after it that has failed.
