❓ hi i am new to this i have installed a s/hand hobart dishwasher, i now find it has no facility for detergent and rinse aid. i have two timered pumps for this but i dont understand the wash cycle to find where to connect into ?
can anyone unravel this for me and perhaps do they have a internal wiring diagRe: hobart fm30 pass through dish washer
Probably not a lot of use to you I am afraid, but my Sister used to work for a coffee shop/bakers chain that had one of these commercial machines. She used to operate the said machine in which you pass through customers dishes/trays. She tells me that the Rinse Aid & Detergent Dispensers were wall mounted on to the back wall into a Stainless Steel bracket & the bottles went in upside down. The machine would then take the required dosage of Detergent and Rinse aid automatically.
