KeymasterI am looking for a replacement Printed Circuit Board and switches (not the external switch panel, just the actual switches and the PCB) for a Homark Integrated Cooker Hood. Model No. 01-800153.
A track has burnt out on the board, which could be repaired, but I would rather replace the whole board.
Any sources for this part would be appreciated.September 2, 2004 at 1:42 pm #116033Dave_Conway

I’ve checked the info I have and the model you have isn’t listed I’m afraid.
It may be an older model. Caremark who used to supply spares for the Homark appliances are no longer and a lot of Homark parts are quite hard to obtain.
I would suggest you attempt a repair on the pcb, even if it was easy to get hold of it won’t be cheap.
Dave.

Thanks for the advice Dave. I’ll get soldering! Or maybe build a new switch panel, as I don’t much like the design of the existing one – too much stress on soldered joints when the switches are moved.
Thanks Again for looking.

Probably the best choice if you have the means to do it 😉

Hi Phil
The model above is a very old model went obsolete 6 years ago
the part number for the PCB is 46001160020.
It may still be available and Caremark is still going for parts only
0870 7502435 is their number
Give it a try it should only be about £20 (but don’t quote me on that
regards
Woz 😉

Thanks Woz, I’ll give that a go.
I really should have done this little job by now! The main deterrent is nothing to do with the wiring or soldering, that’s the nice bit… It’s cleaning all the parts of that accumulated grease and fat, which I feel obliged to do before replacing it, if only because of the fire hazard it must present. I have tried to get the good wife to do it, but she hasn’t shown much interest! 🙄 I’ll do it tomorrow!
Cheers,
Phil. -
