Homark Single Fan Oven – Model 02-700401 Type B11

Hi
Could somebody help me please? I have a Homark fan oven, model number 02-700401 type B11.
Suddenly the oven won’t heat up at all – nada.
The fan still works, and the temperature light comes on for the oven.
The grill also still works OK.
I’ve seen somewhere else that this might suggest that the element needs replacing. Is anybody able to confirm that this is the problem, and not potentially something else like the thermostat?

Appears element is faulty if stat light and fan run when switched on to oven but no heat, sometimes there is a burnt wire to heating element, Mike
