Interesting, I thought they’d given up with appliance repairs.

Having said that there was something I seem to recall about repaircare and Homeserve a while back but I can’t remember what it was.

Interesting as we receive Homeserve calls via JTM

    Re: Homeserve appliance repairs

repcare were doing them – but like k said i thought they were pulling back from appliances

nearly every job we got was a range cooker with multiple faults, customers just storing up all the faults and ordering a recon service …

Got a phone call from Homeserve asking if they can put me on their books for repairs. Where did they get my details from? I don’t remember approaching them.

What are they like? Do anyone work for them? They are asking for liability cover of £5m, is this common practice?
