And this is exactly the sort of thing I’ve pointed out to them Jim!
TBH they’re winding me right up ATM with some of the cr4p I’m getting back.
In short they’re looking for any excuse to reject, end of. I/we have to try to combat that but it’s not exactly a walk in the park.
