Hoover 1200 SE220

Hi to all,

I really hope for some advice, the door wont open on my washer. The cycle has completely finished so there is no water to drain but no amount of pressing the door lock button will open the door.

Please help me!!

hts,

I would assume the machine still does in fact have some water in it!. Best way to be sure is to lower the end of its drain hose into a bowl or bucket to drain off any water (unplug the power and let gravity take charge 😉 ) hopefully then the door will then release ❓

Hi Martin

Thanks for your advice, hubby came home and sorted it out. Water was completely drained, he determined it was the actual lock lever so had to open up top etc and re-adjust until working again.
