    Hi,
    We’ve had this machine for about 4 years and had no problems until yesterday when the door hinges just snapped, would I be able to replace the hinges/bracket or does this mean a complete new door and are any of these options better than buying a new machine..

    The hinge should be replaceable on it’s own, we will need the model number to identify the correct one for you please 🙂

    Check the rating plate inside the door opening 😉
