    Hi,
    I have a call today to the above machine
    The symptons are that the machine is dead, the lights come on & the interlock locks. I have had the module tested by QER who can find no fault with it.
    Has anyone had one of these faults ? any ideas ?
    Any help would be very much appreciated

    I’ve never heard of a 1300SE is that the correct model number Toni ?

    Thats what the customer gave me

    Seem to remember a lot of New Wave machines going dead when the pump got blocked or went o/c. (But could be just my poor memory?).Anyway presumably this is a Candy/Hoover?Presume water valve solenoids were checked.
