Hoover 3015 cleaning but error and not hot

Hi.

My Hoover 3015 had starting beeping at the end of every cycle and flashing repeatedly the light for that cycle.

The dishes are clean and the tablet is gone, but the dishes are not dry and there’s no sign of any heat or steam as usual?

I’ve done a diagnostic test and its flashing code 5.

Any help appreciated in what tests I can do to help diagnose the issue and help me decide if I can fix, a fixed price repair is worth it or its new dishwasher time?
