Ok, so I may have been slightly hasty when strippingmy tumble dryer down to replace the bearing wheels.
I now have it all back together, but there appears to be a slight fault with it. It will start but then after approx 10-20 secs, the machine stops and all lights flash continuously.

One problem though is that on the pcb, there are ony 3 connections for the harness plugs, yet there are 4 plugs to be attached. I just cant figure out where the 4th plug is supposed to go. Anyone happen to have a clue?
A bit annoyed at myself for not taking more notice but it was a bit of a rush job.

    Cheers
    Mike

Looks like it should fit along the pcb edge contacts on the right, look very carefully for any scratch marks on the pcb contacts, also in most cases these connectors are keyed to prevent incorrect fitting.

aha!!! as if by magic, its sorted. iadom, you are a star!! thanks a lot.

I knew I was missing something simple. Next time I need to just take a bit more care. I usually take pictures of everything before I strip them down but I was in a rush.

    Cheers.
