    Hi
    I’ve got this hoover washing machine
    model vhd9143zd80
    s/n31001948

    Almost every cycle is taking way too long to complete the wash 5-6 hours. The clothes will all come out really wrinkled and some clothes have gotten smaller. The pump is not blocked and the water will drain away quickly. The water level is ok and there are no fault codes shown. he heat element aso as continuity.
    Does anyone know what the problem maybe?
    Any advice on what to check would be gratefully received.
