    Hi

This is hard to descibe, but here goes–
Fault is no operation light,no light on when you open door (not bulb) no control over temp, the fridge part is frozen solid, acting more like a freezer than a fridge.

The only numbers i can find are on the compresser- HTK 12AA . I have found the control board which is at the top of the fridge behind the hoover sticker, the numbers on the control panel are ITW LOT 30159-CK AND CU123001 And lastley 91201739.

I think its the control panel at fault as i removed it and knocked it the fridge light came on for a split second and if you knock it on purpose it has the same effect, faulty relay?

Where can i get a new panel from? if its that at fault

    Thanks

    Steve

Please dont work on the fridge with it plugged in :zap: . Unplug first. It may be worth your while to check out repairs@ on LHS of page. The engineer may diagnose /fit a recon/new board for not a great amount (if this is the fault). The good thing is the fridge is capable of getting cold still.

    Regards
    Simon.
