Hoover A120 tacho loose

    The tacho magnet has come off the end of the armature, how is it fixed? Is it available as a separate part, not shown as a part on Electrue. Is the armature available?

    You can buy just the coil on it’s own, part number 91212340 fits most of the Performa machines.

    Apart from that, it’s a whole motor 🙁

    Interesting – is the “Round” motor no longer used then? Just the Ceset and Sole ones now? If that’s the case I suppose we can say that the “suitable spare” would be a complete new type motor. If the “Round motor” is still being produced, the same components are still being used and we’re looking at a case of blatant profiteering……….

    Oddly enough, look at the picture it throws up on Connections and Washvac, same motor by all accounts.

    I don’t actually have one here to look at currently.
