    Help!! The washing machine fills up & starts working for about a minute then stops & Error Code 4 comes up, Have you any idea what the problem is? Also we have lost the manual do you know where I can get one from please.

    Error 4 is an “overfill” problem.

    Either the pressure switch or inlet valve normally but nothing can be ruled out with some fault codes.

    Power off please when checking :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂

    The manual can be obtained from GIAS (Hoover/Candy service) on 01204 556100
